looking to a picture can differentiate from one meaning to another. when you can see to a picure you see to to the image that is in front to your eyes : colours and shapes, which is means that you are looking at the picture in itself. But sometimes the picture can have deep meaning behinds the colours and the shape , and in that case we look trought the picture and not atit because we are trying to understand the message that the picture is sending.
So can you be able to differentiate between those two people? where is the "look trought" and the "look at" image , and what are the causes that pushe you to make your choice ?

Hi lamyaa,
I find this picture very interesting. I like what it implies. What I understood is that it is a anti-racism picture that shows that the different races are equal by showing tree identical hearts of different people from different races. However, this picture may also shock the sensitive people. There are people who could not see blood or open bodies and by using it as an ad, the advertisers are indirectly imposing it on the public.
Benetton was always known for it's shocking ads, but still i find this particular one very meaningful. the message that is conveyed through it is much stronger and important than to make u stop at the AT stage rather than THROUGH stage of seeing. I would explain the use of such strong images by the fact that Benetton want to attract by any mean the attention of all viewers.
